The Comments module extends the SuiteCRM functionality to the ability to place comments under the records entered in the system. Comments are saved in the context of record. Comments can be deleted only by authorized persons. The system automatically notifies by e-mail all persons who previously added a comment to record about adding a new comment by another person. The functionality of commenting in CRM streamlines and speeds up internal communication in the company.
