The SuiteCRM integration with the Google Drive allows you to synchronize data between SuiteCRM and Google Drive.
Files from Google Drive can be cyclically downloaded and saved as Documents or Notes in CRM.
Additionally, based on the file name, it is possible to associate downloaded documents stored in CRM with Contacts or Accounts.
This functionality can be used to download recorded calls by the application in the cell (the application saves the recordings to the Google drive) and associate them by the phone number (each recording has a phone number in its file name) with contacts, accounts or leads.
Synchronization takes place in the background, through the process set in the CRM system schedule.
