The SuiteCRM integration with the Office365 calendar allows you to synchronize data between the calendar in SuiteCRM and Office365.
Data entered into SuiteCRM (tasks, meetings, calls) after synchronization appears in the Office365 calendar. Entries added to the Office365 calendar appear as meetings in SuiteCRM.
Any CRM user who enter the "Office365 Customer ID" and "Office365 Customer Secret Key" in his profile is able to use the integration. Synchronization takes place in the background, through the process set in the CRM system schedule.
