The SuiteCRM integration with the Google Calendar allows you to synchronize data between the calendar in SuiteCRM and the Google Calendar.
Data entered into SuiteCRM (tasks, meetings, calls) after synchronization appears in the Google calendar. You can view and handle them from a mobile device. Entries added to the Google calendar appear as meetings in SuiteCRM.
Any CRM user who enter the "Google Customer ID" and "Google Customer Secret Key" in his profile is able to use the integration. Synchronization takes place in the background, through the process set in the CRM system schedule.
